Communitation with this store sucks. I have been emailing and trying to reach out to someone about and order I have. Been three days and no response.

We’ve had an outstanding relationship with DropCommerce in our online marketplace where we offer clean, crafted, and conscious goods from purpose-driven brands. So, we have decided to use them exclusively for all of our drop-shipping. Even though we secretly want to keep them all to ourself at Laguna Happy, we know that we must sing their praises from the rooftops! Their product selection is hands down the best in the market. No mass-produced items...only carefully vetted, fair trade, artisan, and non-toxic brands. And they don't waiver with the temptation to follow the status quo and work with mass producers and big importers. They stay true to their values which is our philosophy as well. Plus, they listen to their customer's ideas and brand suggestions. That is a big win for Laguna Happy. When Shopify required major platform changes for their app partners recently, DropCommerce handled the complex requirements with true professionalism and hard work, communicating clearly with us through the entire process. They are poised to lead drop-shipping in the U.S. and Canada. Shopify would do well to partner deeper with DropCommerce. Highly recommended if you're into dropshipping quality products. Spencer and team are very supportive! You can focus on the marketing as DropCommerce solved sourcing and fulfillment part of the business.
The products and suppliers are top notch. The two that I work with process and ship orders within 5 days. It's so much better than cheap Aliexpress. AND the support team is very helpful. I needed some help today with an app bug and they got back to me with a fix within an hour. Take the leap and ditch the Chinese shipping.
This is an easy to use Shopify app. It is a breath of fresh air compared to some other drop shipping apps I have used in the past. Also, documentation is very helpful.
I downloaded this app and not realizing it, they started charging me right away. I never signed up for any plan and yet they keep charging my credit card. This is shady..

The CEO of this company has been working with me on fixing any issues, and they really do care about their clients. I really appreciate what they have done to help me with my store. The reason to be with Drop-commerce is the suppliers. Especially if you want quality, vetted products that ship from the U.S. or Canada.

I just wanted to address your concerns here, we are also reaching out to you directly so please don't hesitate to respond to our support team so that we may better understand any of the issues you had on our platform. Bugs: We definitely want to hear about any bugs you have encountered on our platform. We have recently launched some significant improvement updates but sometimes some bugs get missed by our team, we would much appreciate any details regarding this if you don't mind sharing with our team. In the meantime we are working hard at making our platform bug free for our users. Security: Just to clarify are you using our newly released embedded version of DropCommerce? If that is the case then it does require you to launch our app from withing Shopify's admin panel. If that is not the case can you please let our support team know some more details on your concerns around the security of our app? Adding Shipping Prices: You can actually do this by navigating to advanced settings, and toggling the "Include Shipping In Price" button to on. Product Descriptions: The descriptions are written by our suppliers, however we do make an effort to help ensure that descriptions are thorough and free of spelling errors. If there are specific product descriptions that need to be fixed we would love to hear about it so we can correct the issue! Supplier: We are sorry to hear that the supplier you were using on DropCommerce has left, we will be sure to reach out to see if they were experiencing specific issues with our platform or if it was a business decision to stop dropshipping. If you don't mind responding to our support team we would love to see how we can further improve. We take all of our customer feedback seriously and action as much of it as we can.
I've happily installed this app and imported a few products, before realising that some products have shipping costs of 40 - 80 USD. This means that selling products from DropCommerce at their default prices (which is already on the high end) would mean earning a profit of less than 10 buxs and at times even losing profit (due to expensive shipping). I've uninstalled the app since.
