We had an issue with one supplier that was unresponsive for more than a month and customer service helped us sort this out. We have been using DropCommerce for some time now and they keep improving the app and especially on how they handle unresponsive suppliers.

This has to be the worst app I've ever used. I have tried SO many times. I've tried different shops, different shopify stores of mine, the outcome is almost always frustrating! The app doesn't work great, no one answers the chats, the orders don't sync. I can't pay for an order to fulfill it. Order I pay to get fulfilled never go through. It's ton of headaches and they won't refund my money because I paid for the year!!!! Stay away! Thinking of contacting better business bureau.

Please save your money, and choose a different app. The products are not unique, the quality is low, and the pricing is high. You will NOT MAKE A PROFIT off this app, or its products. Also, even if you cancel your accoutn, you will continue to be billed monthly. I cancelled 2 months ago, and even with Shopifys help, Jimmy the app developer will continue to bill you. There are so many other great drop ship apps that can actually make a difference, but this is not one of them. Jimmy you can make this right be refunding me my money for the past 2 months. You sent me a cancelation email back on 4/17/22 and yet you continue to bill me. Shopify sellers beware.

Jimmy also mentioned to you that he had issued you a refund on the active account. Please note that billing is done through Shopify, but we have authorized a refund on the two months of DropCommerce charges on your active account. Hello All, I really want to work with dropcommerce.com, and i have handful of their items in my store, but I am finding it very hard to add more items. The vendors prices are too high to make a profit and i also see that the vendors are selling their products cheaper than what i can sell. I am going to wait one more month and if nothing changes, i will have to delete the styles from my website, cancel the $19.99 monthly subscription. Here is one example: Jolie High-Waisted Athletic Shorts with Hip Pockets $15.84 Walmart $14.72 Lightinthebox $12.19 Can someone give me some insights on this?

As we specifically only work with high quality USA and Canada based suppliers, the products on DropCommerce are typically at a higher price point, however we do guarantee a minimum of 30% off retail prices from our supplier to our merchants, with the average being closer to 40%. As for seeing price discrepancies, please feel free to reach out to our support team so that we may address them!

Be careful it's addicting in a good way! I'm adding products every day, every hour! I absolutely love this app! I love all the products and the product descriptions are amazing, with very little if any editing on them. You'll love this app! 10 Stars! UPDATE: I reinstalled the app and signed up for an account and tried to import products to my store and it's not working.

I love the fact that the suppliers are from the US or Canada because it's reassuring to me and my future customers that they are getting products that are made with top quality materials, made with care and will last them the many years to come!

What an absolute gift DropCommerce is in my life. I would not be able to accomplish what I have accomplished without it. The brands that I am able to carry through this app are amazing and it's so easy it's almost too good to be true. But it is true and I am just grateful to have found DropCommerce. Also, the support is incredibly quick to respond and resolve any questions I have had. Like, within minutes... A great service and amazingly responsive team behind it.

Overall, this is a pretty good app and has tons of products to choose from. Customer support is amazing as they have assisted me multiple times this week. 1. I got kicked out of my plan, 2. My orders didn't sync from my Shopify store. I attributed this to some upgrade glitches and me being fairly new to this. I'll come back in and give five stars when I get all the kinks worked out. Hats off to Jimmy and Kathleen.
