My Store review for DropCommerce: US Dropshipping

I downloaded this app, and before I even started using it, it began deducting money from my credit card. Customer service hasn't responded at all, it's incredibly frustrating, and they refuse to give me a refund. Trying to access the app repeatedly results in it crashing and I can't log in properly. I've contacted customer service multiple times, but haven't received a response. Not recommended! Absolutely not recommended!
