la atencion al cliente es pesima , no tienen control ni nada para el tema de las transportadora , muy claros los fletes y demasiadas devoluciones , implementaron una IA y ahora si nadie te soluciona nada
estan ganando mucho dinero con la comisión por pedido , deberian de hacer alianzas con trasportadoras para no cobrar devoluciones y adicional tambien tienen que medir o verificar de que las unidades que suben los proveedores a la plataforma sean reales.
Mucho problema con las transportadoras, mal soporte, ahora retien dinero en la wallet por tener muchos pedidos en proceso, cada vez peor
