Regarding sales performance: Wholesale2B provides access to suppliers and automation tools, but sales depend on many factors such as niche selection, pricing strategy, marketing, traffic, and store optimization. We do not guarantee sales, and results vary from seller to seller. About billing and cancellation: All app billing is handled directly by Shopify. If a subscription is active during a billing cycle, Shopify may still charge at the end of that cycle even if the app was uninstalled beforehand. We do not manually charge cards. Cancellation must be completed inside the account dashboard before uninstalling. If there was any billing confusion, we are always willing to review it with specific invoice details. Refunds and credits: Refunds are reviewed case by case. If Shopify contacted us regarding a billing dispute, we always respond to their inquiry. We do not ignore refund requests. Database issue: Our app does not have access to delete or damage a Shopify store database. When products are removed, it is typically due to supplier discontinuation, out of stock automation settings, or app disconnection. We cannot access or shred a store’s database structure. $5 price automation feature: The optional pricing automation add on is clearly stated inside the dashboard and is completely optional. Sellers can set their own pricing manually at no additional cost. We understand that dropshipping can be challenging and not every model fits every seller. However, we are not “just about collecting monthly fees.” Our goal is to provide tools and supplier access for those who choose to use them.
