Today I had the pleasure of receiving help from Aurora. I had some issues with shipping, and some products and she was extremely helpful! She was very proactive, sending screenshots of what to do and where to fix my issues - and thanks to her I even ended up finding a cheaper supplier. Great work and thank you! 10/10
