Luna from DSers customer support was incredibly helpful. I was stuck with an order that kept showing an error, and she patiently walked me through each step until we were able to submit the order successfully. Grace is courteous and professional she was very patient and kind. I really appreciated it.I would recommend her to anyone. I had a problem with installing the DSers app and she was extremely helpful and efficent.She helped me fix the problem and everything is working great.
