Holly was an amazing help to me in troubleshooting 2 orders from my Shopify Store. I am very new to this and she helped me learn so many things in a short time. Excellent customer Service and very patient with me as I worked through it.

Needed help with set up with my store and Sherry came to the rescue! She help with all the issues and had answers to all my questions! Greatly happy with her service!

Not happy with this bunch. I uninstalled the app before trial ends and they still charge me for it. They could not even confirm if I am no longer in their system to avoid billing issues in the future. They are also passing blame on who billed and and what not, and not issuing me a refund until now. Their customer service can not give me a concise answer to my concern but vague answers. They don't issue refund pretty easily, you need to go thru hoops and even then, they are not yet giving it to me right at this moment, very sadly. I am disappointed.
