Voglio lasciare una recensione davvero meritata per l’operatore di supporto di DSers che mi ha aiutato. L’assistenza è stata rapida, professionale e incredibilmente efficace. Fin dal primo messaggio ho ricevuto risposte chiare, precise e soprattutto utili per risolvere il mio problema. L’operatore ha dimostrato grande competenza sulla piattaforma, guidandomi passo dopo passo con pazienza e disponibilità. Anche davanti a una situazione un po’ complessa, è riuscito a trovare la soluzione in tempi brevi, spiegando tutto in modo semplice e comprensibile. Quello che mi ha colpito di più è stata l’attenzione verso il cliente: non solo ha risolto il problema, ma si è anche assicurato che tutto funzionasse perfettamente prima di chiudere la chat. Un livello di assistenza davvero raro. Consiglio vivamente DSers anche per la qualità del loro supporto clienti.
