good service chat but messenger is not the good way, sourcing options are non existent compared to auto DS

Support is fast and helpful. But prices are exactly same than Aliexpres public prices, there is no discount for dropshipping model business.

The customer support is next level brilliant. However I feel the pricing within DSer is slightly confusing. Even if you select product synchronisation with another country all prices are in US dollars. Be aware of this with pricing items in your store if not trading in US dollars.

This platform is not intuitive and you need to have a certain ability to self-start to use it. Could definitely be more user friendly with improved english prompts. With that said, I contacted Support about an issue and Myra came to my rescue. She was very competent and was able to solve my problem with her through explanations.

After having the Basic version more than 1 year we move to the paid Advanced subscription as it promised a better tracking service of Aliexpress tracking numbers, sadly that option never fully work as every time the supplier changed the tracking in AliExpress DSER didn't make the proper update in our web, they told us the only way to keep the tracking updated is by using the extension in chrome manually every day, but the most important, we changed to this plan to have a proper tool that could help us change the prices when the suppliers increase them in Aliexpress, THIS NEVER WORKED, not eve once, we contacted customer support more than 20 times because of this and the just gave us vague answers and never a solution, the last week we barely make profits as most of the products didn't have their prices updated, they insisted that their tool takes 24-48h, but we see is not true, there are many products mapped correctly in DSER that have old prices for weeks, terrible customer support, right now looking for a proper tool that provides the right features they advertised and move this tool back to the basic free plan.

I was forced to use this app since they took over for Oberlo. I can't say that this is the easiest app in the world but it seems to get better with time and the more you use it. The customer service is great though. Although you have to use FB messenger and I don't see they have help via email or phone, they are quick and very good at providing the assistance through messenger. Today's issue was great. They can be extremely slow! The remapping has taken over 20 days and still needs to be done. If they told me they could not help in the first place, then I would have done it myself 100 times!

I find the app a little difficult at times to use the user interface. BUT, the Customer Service via the 'messenger' link is very fast & easy to use. If you have any issues with the platform I would definitely recommend contacting CS via messenger to get help.
