Very very satisfied and happy with the customer service rep, Blanca, who helped me today. Blanca was able to quickly understand my problem and provide a solution that wouldve otherwise caused me a lot of manual work and liabilities (PayPal tracking orders & charge backs). Def recommend the app itself so far
