I would like to share my recent experience with Jesse service, and unfortunately, it has been quite disappointing. I have been waiting for over 10 days for a response from customer support, yet I have not received any updates or resolutions to my issue. Additionally, I have been unable to make purchases through the app for the past two days. While the app initially worked well for the first two months, it no longer functions as intended, despite the fact that I am not using the free version. Furthermore, I have found the support team's approach to be overly aggressive in pushing for reviews on multiple platforms, which adds to the frustration when basic issues remain unresolved.
