This is the first time I am using the live chat to get some help with my order. I couldn't place my order because there was some issue with the shipping details. Gloria was my assistant in the live chat and she did a wonderful job, just a few messages she solved the problem and I could carry on with my order. Amazing experience and help from Gloria.
