Raphael was awesome. He was more than helpful and stayed with me until he was sure I was able to accomplish what I set out to do on Dsers. I hope Dsers hires more representatives like Raphael. He's knowledgeable about the products and provides screenshots as well as instructions. Raphael, is what customer service representatives should be, Dsers should pay him more, and have him train customer service representatives.
