I have 2 shopify accounts. One active and one deactive. Unfortunately the deactivated one was linked to my Dsers account and as a result I wasn’t able to view orders from my active store. Rita understood the problem and quickly guided me in how to fix the issue. It was rectified in less than 5 minutes. With not being that tech savvy, Rita certainly eased my concerns and frustrations. Excellent customer service on her end and has helped make this a great start to the day.
