The platform can be a little frustrating, especially when a supplier is no long er selling the item, but it sold on your website. Then you have to try and remap a new supplier. Today after being frustrated, I reached out to the help option via live chat. My support person not only remapped everything but was able to walk me through with new suppliers. She was great!
