Excellent support and resolution. DSers support was outstanding, and Sandy in particular was extremely helpful. My account had incorrect information tied to it, which was blocking fulfillment for my Shopify store. Sandy took the time to understand the issue, corrected the account details, and made sure everything was properly aligned so fulfillment could move forward without issues.
