All reviews look like forcing customer to leave review after they ask for little help. Overall so much risk to your business and the support is so unserious about your problems. I important 150+ products in bulk after choosing option in product setting: "Send product and shipping cost to Store" when I got sales i lose money because they not pushed the shipping fee and because of only the product cost it is big trouble when you get sales. i ask support team they says i need to set price rules i did that as well and then i figured out it still not pushing shipping price in product cost. overall I am using a PAID PLAN and so far the support team look unserious as after 1 reply i never got any follow up while i replied back in 1 minute, NO LIVE CHAT FOR PAID USERS AS WELL. be safe
