I give my experience 5 stars because Lacey was very patient and helpful in solving my issue. Being a newbie, I had much confusion about placing an order properly and sending a refund. Even though I felt I should close the store until I learned more, she encouraged me not to give up because it is not unusual for new users to experience frustration during the learning curve.
