Needed some answers and was able to get a hold of customer service. Chatted with Joey, who was very helpful and directed me to more information that was also helpful. So far, so good using the app. I have been using this app for some time and have been doing very well with it. Tonight, while changing my password, I realized I did not have my old password for some reason. So I had to contact support and had Cyril help me get back on track. I also had to have some help as I was putting a name change to my store as well, and she helped me with that as well. She was very helpful and knew how to take care of a couple of things I overlooked.
