Joy was an excellent customer service executive who helped to answer all my questions in an efficient manner. She is knowledgeable and quick. It is a blessing to work with her and overall Dsers has been very useful to my biz. Thank you. Today I encountered Nephele who was extremely patient, understood what I wanted quickly and even did screenshots and labelled the steps clearly when I said i need for future reference. Nephele is a gem in your org and wonderful to work with. Dsers has good customer service - pls keep us the good work!
