We recently migrated our Shopify Plus store from Global-e to Zonos, and it was one of the best operational decisions we've made for our international business. The onboarding team, especially Lennon and Nate, were exceptional. They guided us through the migration, helped us implement a VAT-inclusive checkout, and remained responsive throughout the entire process. As our requirements evolved, they adapted quickly and even delivered custom solutions where needed. We've now processed a significant number of live international orders across multiple countries, and the customer experience has been excellent. Landed cost calculations are transparent, the DHL integration has worked well, and we finally have complete visibility into our international shipping costs. One of the biggest advantages has been taking ownership of our international shipping stack. Having our own DHL account gives us full visibility into transportation costs, allows us to negotiate directly with the carrier as our volume grows, and gives us much greater control over our international business instead of relying on a closed ecosystem. Every question we've had has been answered quickly, and the support team has been willing to work through real-world operational scenarios as they came up. If you're currently using Global-e or evaluating international checkout solutions, I highly recommend taking a serious look at Zonos. Owning your international operation instead of outsourcing it has been a major advantage for our business.

After spending over $3500 CAD for this app, the second order that goes through didn't charge any tax or fees due to the customer using a discount code on my website. They said they would work on it and it has been almost a week, I can't ship the order for the customer and I can't make a new shipping label either as it is giving error messages.
So far, I can only speak to the integration process, but I can say that it was a breeze. They were super responsive, very clear in all their instructions, and held our hand the entire way (even handling most of the work for us). I would highly recommend them. Lennon in particular went above and beyond to help us get set up before our launch date.
Only been on the platform for about a week, but it's been a positive experience so far, and I've already seen international customer conversion pick up with the new, lower rates made possible by Zonos. The setup support I received from Lennon was top notch - he's been responsive with questions and handled a small billing issue promptly. Based on what I've experienced so far, I'd recommend Zonos for at least somewhat established brands ready to increase their business outside of the U.S.

Lennon was great for onboarding. Got us onboarded in one day during a super stressful time. Could not of done it without him and his warm and calm disposition.
Charging a very unrealistic price for integration SD 208.33/month Billed at USD $2,500 once per year*. We will already be paying you Zonos handling fee per transaction, then on top of that, charging for App integration is way too greedy. We hardly get 10 order from US in a month. so not worth using this App.
Easy to use platform with exceptional service. Mariana and Fion have been so helpful with integration and onboarding. I highly recommend Zonos for all of your international shipping needs.

The Zonos team continues to provide outstanding support during our ongoing use and maintenance of their platform. Their responsiveness is excellent, they consistently reply quickly whenever we reach out, ensuring that any issues or questions are resolved without delay. Even post-integration, they remain hands-on and proactive. Their guidance through the portal is always clear and helpful, which makes navigating updates and day-to-day tasks seamless. The app does everything it is supposed to do and has definitely increased our conversion rate. The customer service is good however you do need to do your own spot checking to make sure everything is working well. We have had a few instances where it hasn't but we have found the issues. Once we found them the team got it fixed. Hoping for a returns side of the app and it would be great if it was a little cheaper!

We officially launched the Zonos app about a month ago, and it has been an excellent experience. The onboarding process is smooth and user-friendly, making it easy for us to get started. Fion Huang has been an outstanding communicator throughout this journey. Her support during the testing phase has been invaluable, and she has been incredibly accommodating to our specific needs for our online store. Fion responds quickly and thoroughly to any questions we have and consistently offers great suggestions. She ensures that any changes we need are implemented smoothly with the Zonos team. I truly appreciate her willingness to jump on calls to promptly address any issues as they arise. Overall, I am very satisfied with Zonos as our cross-border app, and I look forward to continuing our collaboration!
We just launched with Zonos and while we don't have enough experieince with the platform yet to comment on the overall performance in live action over the long term, we can say without a doubt that the onboarding experience was one of the best onboarding experiences we've had in many years of working with many different technology partners. Our onboarding rep Shawn Roah was a model for what one should expect from an onboarding partner. He was super knowledgable, but resourceful and prompt with follow throughs if there were any knowledge gaps; he was patient, respectful and understanding with our learning curve; his communication approach was clear, concise, and geared toward progress; he was constructively creative when we hit internal process roadblocks on our end, which was so refreshing to see someone thinking outside the box. Ultimately, Shawn truly cares about his client's success, and he clearly enjoys what he does. He is a valuable asset to the Zonos onboarding team and therefore the company as a whole.
