Bryan Anthonys review for Zonos Duty and Tax

They caused losses of thousands of $ due to incorrectly generated shipping labels. We were very careful and caught it early, notified them and eventually they fixed it (after 3 weeks...), They did eventually credit us for the losses but we had to insist and give them papers and reports ... all for a mistake they made and could've inspected on their end. Thats just one of many issues we had, it's exhausting, right now we are unable to ship the orders because of them. We're not sure what to do, support quality is as poor as their product quality.
