This is a solid app. It includes so many features to customize your product pages with custom options/add ons, etc. very good support as well.

Very nice app, easy to use and very customizable. AMAZING service, they respond fast and found solution to our specific needs everytime we asked. We highly recommend this app.

I wanted to wait until our shop went live before leaving a review. We only have 4 main products but each has between 150 and 650 variations -- we make them to order. Itoris Support went above and beyond expectations. From the initial set up, to helping with clear instructions on setting up all those variants, to helping with a hiccup or two once we launched. I would highly recommend this app. PLUS, one of the very few out there that will allow an option/variable to subtract from your "main" price.

The app is very very easy to use. And when you have questions and ask for support (did it twice now) support response within just a few hours

This app is really powerful. It has so many features on the standard plan that we are able to do everything we need to. Shopify's variants just cannot compare to Dynamic Product Options. And the support team at ITORIS is always really helpful and responsive. They have a great ticketing system built into the app that's easy to use.

We use this app to create a series of options for customers to build their own personalized products. Its very flexible so you can really tweak it to your needs. This eliminates the need for us to create endless variants for custom products. The app is easy to learn and use and seems to be very stable. We've used it for about 7 months now and are very pleased with its performance. Needed some help with our theme adjustments and support was quick and thorough. I would recommend this to anyone needing to collect information from the buyer or needing to provide additional options for their product listings.

My first online store building experience and I am taking it slow trying to make the best decisions on what apps I need to do what I need for my product pages. I took an entire Saturday trying out "product options" apps. I started with the big names that come up first in the app store and and worked my way down the list. This app is buy 1 get 10 free. It does SO MUCH. Spend the few minutes to learn it and you will appreciate even more how its designed. It has one of the best (in depth) user guides as well. Lastly I had extra "wants" for how some of my features looked, so while still on my trial version I requested a free customization (actually 3). Roman reached out in less than 24 hours and exceeded my expectations and I hadn't even been a paying customer yet. This left me warm and fuzzy! This app works.

Roman is a great person to work with and app feature is excellent at affordable cost. We are running a bakery and we need to let our customer leave messages for custom options e.g. birthday cake message with extra charges. This app worked like charm.

Support is excellent and so are the features - I had quite an extensive list of requirements but I only needed to go to the "Standard" plan so I wonder what else is available on the additional two tiers! I would have preferred a feature to set the look and feel without coding for quick changes but Roman on support was happy enough to make these changes anyway. I don't like the way the additional price is displayed on the app but I am looking for a way round this now, it's certainly not a deal breaker.

We've been using Dynamic Product Options for a while now and the it's an awesome app but what's even better is the customer support. I've NEVER had a developer respond in a manner that this staff does. Typically you get a response from other devs with "another question" or a canned response to read their docs...which doesn't always help - not these guys. Not only do they respond quickly but they resolve any issue you may have and they even gave us ideas to set up our options in a better manner than we were trying to go with in the first place. Very happy with the support and the app is very robust and does what it says and more actually! We installed other apps to do this job and really it was a waste of time. Don't even look at the other options on the app store lol - the 5 star rating here is 100% why we went with them and why we will stay.

My store is one that uses a great many options and each option has its own set of options. I found this app to make my store possible and the service is absolutely great. Rarely did I have to wait more than a few hours and that was with me telling them that it was not an emergency. Roman was my service expert. The speed of my site also was not impeded by this app.

I needed an app that could link product options to inventory and this app proved perfect. The customer support is also amazing. For example, I sell a case of jam (12 jars) where the customer can choose their mix of flavors. I couldn't figure out how to make sure the customer could not make a mistake and choose less or more than 12 jars. Customer support quickly helped out even writing a snippet of code so things worked exactly how I wanted them to. Excellent app. Excellent support.

This app is great, it's really versatile and can handle complex product variants. Not only this, but the customer service is excellent, any problems you have are solved in a matter of hours. I would highly recommend.

We came across Dynamic product Options, We read all the reviews and knew this App was what we required. One item that stood out was all the positive reviews regarding support from the Dynamic Product Options team- Roman. We communicated backwards and forwards with Roman throughout the whole process of building our customised DPO, We can say that we rate Dynamic Product Options App and support, 10 stars out of 5, if this was an option. Great complex App, which is very user friendly for all levels of computer literacy.

Absolutely LOVE this app. It is the most intuitive product customization addon that I've seen yet. It's super fast to load and the breakdown that it displays in the cart is stunningly perfect. The support team is always available and have helped me with a few custom features since I'm not a very good backend dev. If I could give more than 5 stars I would -- This is the last app you'll ever need to download.

By far the best app we ever used! We are having a very complex product with a lot of variations, basically every product is unique we sell. With DPO we are able to run very complex calculations. But the app it self is not the real power of this app, the great support is! We always get a fast response, and they are always willing to help! A real Six Star Service!!
