This app has been wonderful! The team has been incredibly helpful in getting everything setup and even helped change the look and feel of the ads to better represent my brand. I've had about 200 impressions so far and one sale! Really wonderful service and so kind that they offer a free version. Thank you for an awesome shopify app

So far, so good. SO easy to set up. Literally a million times easier to set up than through the Google retargeting platform. It's only been 2 days and impressions are just being served, so we'll see how good the placement/click-throughs are. But you can't beat a free 3000 impressions. Thanks for making such an easy app!

Easy to use, uploads in seconds. The stats shows viewers within a couple of hours. The price is certainly terrific!

So far so good? Easy to install and the owner got right in touch and said thanks for signing up!! Now we just wait and see- and as we speak the first visitor is here!! I'm happy so far!!

BE AWARE, TOTAL SCAM !!!!!!!!! very Disappointing in any sense , the worst was that they CHARGE for CLICKS not for Sales as they write in their policy they just Suck your Budget of 100$ that they initially requested NOT even one SALE what i can say, i have even make an OFFICIAL COMPLAINT on Shopify Support ! my Shop : www.eugfashion.com
Hi there, I’m very sorry you haven't seen results from using our app. But I would like to give a detailed answer to your review: 1. We bill per click/impression, not per sale. This is clearly stated here: https://help.rontar.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002831574-How-does-Rontar-charge-my-account- 2. We did bill you $100 initially, but you spent only $55.81 of it. The rest was refunded to you upon your request. 3. You spent just $55.81 on retargeting, which may not always be enough to see sales. Sometimes you may spend $50 and see no sales, then you see 2 or 3 sales with the next $50 spent on ads. This is how it usually works. If you ever decide to give our app a try again, we have a free plan now that you can use.

This is a great app. Has really helped us increase our sales. Highly recommended app for anyone who is looking to retarget their customers.

Hate to leave a negative review...but the Dynamic part is missing from the ads they run on your behalf....there is nothing dynamic about the ads and the customer service response (lack of) regarding the dynamic part leaves much more to be desired....

Very easy and fast to install The ability to customize the content is very nice. I've had a few questions regarding ROI and got answers quickly. I've been using it for a few months and so far so good!

App is faulty. The math on it is consistently incorrect inflating the profit. For example it says I spent $140.74 on ads and made $115.60. And that my profit was $95.59. Um how is that possible? Despite numerous emails to Rontar they can't seem to answer the question and just go in circles. In addition the sales they say they made show up in Shopify as first time visitors so how exactly is that retargeting? No thanks.

I do not see anything special in this app. Adwords do the same, also I can not confirm by Google analitic any sells, which done through Rontar. Just feel I waist money. If you believe in miracle, you can try this app. However do not expect any great result.

I've been using this app for quite a while now and I'm very happy with the results. It's very easy to set up and use. And I also saw a quick start to the campaign. My sales went up, reports are rapid and clear. I can definitely recommend this app to others.

I have had this app for quite a while now. It was really easy to set up and install. The support has been good too. I give it 4 stars because of the pricing. When I first started I believe I had it set at $5 per day. It has gone up to $10 per day. Please keep in mind that my business is still small and growing. My visitors are still low. The app will work better as my traffic increases. But it is costly at times per click. It has generated revenue for me!!! I do recommend the app, just watch the spending and stay in your budget! Update 7/31/17---- I was contacted by Alex. He has done some optimizing and adjustments. It has helped with the spending and cost per click. Thank you for your help and great customer support! Changing to 5 stars!

Paid several days ago!Retargeting not started and everyday in the APP shows starting!! when ? who knows?contacted them they said daily minimum unique visitor should be aroud 100 ,Again i looked at our site and it's much more than that.Try to contact developer they emailing back with the same answer. You don't want to waist your time with them.

I would give this app a well deserved 5 stars. It is truly an awesome app. Very easy to set up. You can have it up and working for you in just a few minutes. You get to customize a few features, put in your own logo, and it looks outstanding. The support staff for this app is awesome, too! No, sending emails and waiting days or weeks to hear from someone. These guys are fast and efficient. Fixed my small issue almost immediately. Now, I can watch the dashboard on my shopify store and see the clicks coming in. This is a must have for any business that wants to do re-target advertising! Highly recommend
