We are making better margins as we are able to sort products based on profit. The sell prices in our industry are sensitive to market pricing and we want to make sure we are prioritising products that make good money which Dynasort assists with.

In practice, it's a completely non-working app, just a waste of time — two days of back-and-forth with support, all for nothing, very annoying generic replies with no substance, zero specifics, they couldn't even set up the basic rules

The issue we identified is that your theme is overriding Shopify's manual sort order by defaulting to "best selling." This is a theme-level setting that bypasses the order set in Shopify admin and it affects every collection management app that uses the Shopify API, not just Dynasort.
