Such an easy 5 star review. The exact system we'd been looking for, to make our EU orders easier with customs. We've already seen the difference in customer service, with our orders flying through customs via IOSS and arriving quicker with the tax fees handled upfront. The onboarding was superb too. We had a few quirks to deal with (we sell some books with zero VAT, but they're not always zero rated in the EU) and the team configured everything for us and got us all up and running with the minimum effort from us.
