Both Charles and Lich were professional and patient. I am also impressed with how useful the free version is. Between the high quality of the free version of the app and the support I would have full confidence and no hesitations upgrading to the paid version when it is time. Other apps developers should take notes on how to build a strong user base through Easify's example.
