I use Sellify mainly for custom fields on my product pages (things like text inputs for personalization, engravings, and order-specific details). It’s simple to set up, works well with my theme, and handles the extra information cleanly without getting in the way of the buying process.I hit a small issue once and their support team was excellent. I worked with Audrey and Anne—they were both amazing. Response time was very fast, they jumped right on it, and the problem was resolved quickly and clearly. That level of support makes a real difference.Overall it’s reliable, easy to manage, and does exactly what I need. Highly recommend.

Very simple, easy to use app with good support. Does what I need to to do in regards to adding a name to a product order (for custom product).

The basic plan was all that I required for my website. When I came across an issue, I messaged an agent and they responded immediately. They also resolved the issue with 30 minutes. Really appreciate their friendly, professional and quick service. I recommend this app and will plan to upgrade when my website grows :)
