This app is a godsend, and when I had an issue with options not showing up after updating my theme, Alice got everything working again! I definitely recommend this app and their customer support!

I got the chance to try out the Easify app with its trial period. Even though I have decided to not use it going forward, as it didn't quite meet my very specific demands, I found it to be a very robust and flexible app with lots of features. I also commend the excellent customer support that I was able to communicate with in a very timely and helpful manner. They were supportive of my requests and responded quickly and precisely.

Easify is a great app when it works, but unfortunately, that is the main issue. When it works, it does a lot of what we need and the live support can be helpful for smaller changes, such as adjusting text styling, aesthetics, and minor display issues. However, there are some important features missing that make the app frustrating to use at scale. The live preview feature is quite limited. You can only have one live preview option working properly, and if you add another live preview option, it can break the first one. For stores that rely heavily on visual customisation, this is a big limitation. The template feature also is not as useful as it could be. At the moment, you can only create a single option template, rather than a full option set template with multiple options inside it. This makes it harder to manage products efficiently, especially when you have a large catalogue. Another major issue is that you cannot add a new option to every product with one click. For example, if you wanted to add a new option to 100 different products, you would have to manually go into each product and add it individually. This could be massively improved with an option set priority system, where higher priority option sets appear above lower priority ones on the product page. That way, you could assign a new option set to hundreds of products, give it a lower priority, and have it automatically appear underneath the existing product options. The most frustrating issue, though, is that the app randomly breaks. At least once a month, we have to contact Easify support because something that was working perfectly fine suddenly stops working, despite us changing nothing. As I am writing this, Easify has completely disappeared from our store. Customers currently cannot purchase products because the app is not working. We also have another store where Easify is working fine, which makes it feel like the issue is specific to our main store. Honestly, we are exhausted from dealing with the constant problems. Our whole website depends on Easify, and moving to another app would take hundreds of hours because of the number of products we have set up. So while the app has great potential and can be very useful when it works, the reliability issues make it incredibly stressful to depend on for a live business.
