Easify Custom Product Options

Great app, does what I need without costing me. Looks great and love the customization. I use it for an additional description box and a drop down for another product. I had some issues with it re-rendering but Anne and the team were able to solve it super fast, and on a Friday evening! Highly recommend.

So impressed with how efficient the support is. So far the app looks to be very easy to use once you know how to navigate it - a few features that need some polishing but I think as I upgrade these features get better. For the standard plan even on a budget i think its fantastic for small business.

I only have the free version but looking to upgrade at some point. I had an issue with the products not showing in trial themes I was testing and Anne was extremely helpful and even sent me a video on how to do it :-) Thank you Anne

Does not work as advertised. Inputs do not modify the cost of an item in the cart. just get chatgpt or Claude to custom code something it takes a few hours to replace this... customer service is horrible

Great app and excellent support. We had an issue with TPO keys showing in the cart on our Shopify store, and Anne from the Easify team was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. She followed up, coordinated with the technical team, and the issue was fixed successfully. Everything is now working correctly on our end. We really appreciate Anne’s support and the quick resolution.

The team is hard working and although i had some issues on how i was using the app, the support team handled it and helped fix the issue.

The app is flexible and provides exactly what I was looking for, especially when it comes to handling different variant types and advanced product features. I have been using this app for a year and contacted their customer service more than 10 times in this period. Always they have sorted out the issue. Also most importantly they sort the issues out even the weekend and anytime during the day with the shortest time they can do. There is no delay, no excuse. They are really helpful and know what they do.

SAV très compétents, ils ont su rapidement régler un petit problème d'affichage avec ma boutique en ligne. Concernant l'application elle est très complète et me convient parfaitement par rapport à mon activité :) Au niveau de la traduction de l'application l'ensemble est très correcte, peut-etre pourriez vous faire en sorte que le texte des étiquettes soient aussi traduite automatiquement. Sinon très bonne application et surtout une équipe très réactive et très professionnelle ! Merci encore !
