The app does exactly what I need it to do but the feature I need to really make it work for me is only part of the Pro version and at this point, I don't have enough web traffic to justify it. I'll watch what the POS activity is for this product and will consider the upgrade later. Anne was very kind and patient in helping me figure out what I was doing wrong and the settings I needed to change to make it work.

Best custom variant options app I've seen yet. Compared to others, the aesthetic is more modern and has a feel of usability, there are lots of options and details to choose from and the customer support is quite seamless. Support responds quickly over the online chat and is very helpful, plus available often (24/7 I think). So far I really like the app. Only four stars as there is still some room for development with certain features such as ensuring the options show in the confirmation emails (I was able to accomplish this with back end help from customer support, but that shouldn't be necessary). 4 stars for a decent app and great customer service, but the app still needs fine tuning.

I became extremely frustrated while working on my Easify template so I reached out to chat. Charles and Anne were a tremendous help. Charles sent me a step by step video to get me on the right track and by allowing Anne permission to manage the app on my end, I was able to stop pulling anymore hair out and proceed to building my empire. ;)

Great app, which exactly does what it advertises. There have been some bugs and glitches which unfortunately takes away one star, but the support have been very helpful and they have taken action and responded quickly. Big thanks to Violette, Anne and Lich for their help!

Some missing features, but the team is great to work with and has helped figure out solutions throughout the process. Definitely test out your integrations to make sure they are working as expected and data is not being lost.

Amazing app, just a few limitations when it comes to customizing the appearence of everything which is why I'm not going it a 5star. I had help from Charles seting up and he was an amazing help, super friendly and really helped me solve my problems quickly, thank you!

I always like to wait before rating an app to truly understand its function. One reason I went with Easify was because of the easy UI to get it set up. In general it is a great application for any shop that needs variants like text fields, add ons, etc. PROS: I have always had quick customer service and even some custom work done when a particular issue with the UI was colliding with my shop. Easy interface to built option sets and conditional logic. CONS They could still use improvement on the options themselves. I hope to see improvements in these areas. While the customer service is fast, it was clear they are not all as knowledgeable about the platform. I have 2 x when talking them ended up uncovering how to solve my own problem, which if they dug a little deeper would have also known themselves.
