I got the chance to try out the Easify app with its trial period. Even though I have decided to not use it going forward, as it didn't quite meet my very specific demands, I found it to be a very robust and flexible app with lots of features. I also commend the excellent customer support that I was able to communicate with in a very timely and helpful manner. They were supportive of my requests and responded quickly and precisely.

I appreciate the customer service and their willingness to help especially Hannie. I am still working on getting familiar with the app, I don't think it's as user friendly as I thought, but it is not as complicated as other apps.

Some features not so easy to set up yourself (if you're a beginner like me), but the customer support chat is always available, they respond quickly and I've always received very kind and good service, especially from Hannie.

So far so good! Great options and fairly easy to use once you understand it. Online assistance has been wonderful. Today, Kat was quick to respond and help me with my issue.

Too complicated app, too mutch options but without the one I really need: a disocunt with the upsell. Alice support was great. Thank you

Does everything I needed it to. My only comment is that I can't have two separate option selections on a single subscription product. Not a major, and the live chat help was indeed, helpful.

Excellent support, but primarily in English The Easify support team was very helpful and responsive! They quickly understood my question about the live preview feature and provided clear instructions on how to set it up. Pros: Fast response time Competent and friendly support Clear step-by-step guidance Premium features work as promised Note for German-speaking users: Support is primarily in English, so basic English skills are helpful. However, the team is very patient and explains everything clearly, so communication works well even if English isn't your first language. I had Anne help answer all my questions with custom stuff and how customers would order, plus she was on hand to help throughout my setup. So far so good!

The app does exactly what I need it to do but the feature I need to really make it work for me is only part of the Pro version and at this point, I don't have enough web traffic to justify it. I'll watch what the POS activity is for this product and will consider the upgrade later. Anne was very kind and patient in helping me figure out what I was doing wrong and the settings I needed to change to make it work.
