We encountered an issue where the text box content was not appearing on the order page. Liv was extremely helpful and resolved the problem in a timely manner. Now that the issue is fixed, we are ready to begin using the app and its functions.

I have been very satisfied with the service and the app itself. This app has a large amount of configuration options to help with different options you need for your products. The customer service is great as well. They are responsive and have solved every issue I have encountered. Highly recommend this app. I have even upgraded to a paid plan, and it has paid itself off already

Very intuitive and easy to use. We operate an online bakery with complex product customization, and this is by far the most efficient and well-designed product options app we’ve used. I’ve tested many alternatives, and Easify stands out for both usability and flexibility.

Highly recommend this app! I used 3 different apps before for product linking, option variants and personalization with live preview, and this app can do those things all in just one app! Although the app is already very user friendly and convenient, I noticed some minor issues and had some personal requests while setting everything up. I can only say the customer service and dev team are excellent! They are very kind, respond really fast and are so helpful. They fixed everything I asked for, even the complex requests. Our developers used this app to build a complicated product section for our site. The app itself is straightforward to use with some practice and has worked very well for us. We had an issue with our theme conflicting and they resolved it quickly for us through their built in support. (After business hours!) Thanks and we look forward to working with you further!

Tons of options to customize inside the App. But when I ran into an issue the customer support was lightning fast. They logged in, saw the problem, and fixed it in the code in less than 5 minutes. Other apps that would have take 24 hours and 3 emails back and forth.

Terrible customer service. They messed up my website's code and washed their hands of it, blaming an external app, even though I sent evidence that the problem was with Easify Option. They told me they would help me within 48 hours, which is terrible for any business. I definitely don't recommend them.
