I don’t understand how this app got its rating. Since day one of using it, I’ve run into all kinds of bugs, and it has already cost me **hundreds of dollars**. Even now, the bugs are still happening. There’s one issue that has been “in progress” for **at least four days** and still hasn’t been fixed. Their support is a complete waste of time. If you’re thinking about trying this app, my advice is: **don’t waste your time.**

I have only just installed this app, but contacted customer support with a couple of questions/set up issues. They answered and fixed straight away, I have managed to set up one product and test it so far and it has taken 30 mins from purchasing the app.

This app provides an impressive amount of flexibility once you learn how to use it. The support team is responsive (thank you Mari! (and Thomas) (and Clove, lol)) and will help walk you through some of the more complicated bits. There is room for improvement and I hope they keep developing this because its the best we've used so far.

Works great! Does exactly what I was looking for, is easy to setup and adjust. Customer support has been very helpful as well (and quick to respond!)

Tracy at Easify was incredibly helpful and responsive. She took care of all my custom formatting requests quickly and precisely. The experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend both Tracy and the Easify app.

Outstanding app – exactly what we needed We’ve tested several product option apps, and Easify Product Options is by far the cleanest and most reliable one. The setup is intuitive, the option logic is powerful, and everything works smoothly without slowing down the store. On top of that, the support team is excellent – fast, competent, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they care about their users. Highly recommended for any store that needs advanced product options without headaches. This app delivers exactly what it promises.

Great app, has alot of functionality. Only thing missing are some condition / logic setups for dimensions that they told me they would work on.

Easify has been a great addition to my Shopify store. I needed to set up different product options that Shopify couldn’t handle on its own, and Easify made this easy and straightforward.
