I don't normally write reviews but today I was put in touch with Lin & They were super patient & kind and talked me through step by step what i had to do. I had a traumatic brain injury and now I struggle to hold conversations. Tech people often get impatient with the time it takes me to type & struggle when I get confused and find things hard to understand. I did have my husband helping but I was touched by her dedication to getting the job done and going above and beyond... It wasn't out of sympathy either because I didn't mention my problems.
