I’m really impressed with Easify and its powerful features for managing custom product options. The app is easy to use, and it’s exactly what I needed for my Shopify store. I only encountered one major issue while setting it up, which could have seriously impacted my store’s functionality. Thankfully, Violette from the support team stepped in and saved the day! Violette was incredibly helpful, quickly identifying the problem until everything was fixed. She not only solved the issue but also made sure I understood how to avoid similar problems in the future.
