The change image feature was not working on my store, contacted support and Anne responded promptly. She looked into the matter and escalated further for me, with the technical team now investigating. I also was unable to upgrade to Pro in order to unlock more features, I mentioned this to Anne and she upgraded me straight away. Currently, I am waiting to hear back from the technical team, but the immediate support and positive attitude from Anne in the chat has been amazing so far.
