My Store review for Easify Custom Product Options

If you use Printify, Printful, or any other print on demand service or your products have a lot of variations then I highly recommend this app. I have a lot of different designs and I wanted my customers to be able to see every design option for a single product all within the same page. This app will allow you to do that and so much more. Anyone who has used print on demand integrations knows that you are limited to the variations that are already pre set within the existing product and you cannot create your own. Easify allows you to customize what and how you want those variations to look like on your website which is a game changer. Customers won't always spend time browsing your website to find the product they want, especially if you offer hundreds of products. Even if you offer something they might buy, the chances of them finding it are low unless they directly come across an ad. By using this app, you can put all of the products you want together and have them on the same page. The app allows you to create links between existing products and connect them. That way customers can see all possible design choices and when they click on the one they want, it will take them to that product page. I will say that this app does take time some time to get used to and understand. I have been using it for over a month now and I still am always reaching out to the support team to ask questions. You will need to give yourself time and patience to understanding how this app works and functions. If you don't then you will get frustrated and feel like the app is not capable of doing what you want when that simply isn't the case. There is a learning curve but it is 100% worth it. Do not let that intimidate or stop you from using this app. The reason I was able to learn as much as I have and figure things out is because of the amazing support team. When I tell you I exchanged so many emails with Easify every single day, sometimes several days in a row. Each time they were attentive, kind and incredibly helpful. Either by fixing the problem for me or walking me through the process until I understood it. One team member, Violette, went as far as creating a video tutorial for me so I would understand how to create my first option set variation. It was super helpful and I used that video whenever I needed to create a similar option set. I'd also like to thank Charles, Hannie, Anne, Lich, and Arlo for all the help in answering my questions. Finding a good app that functions well and does what it is supposed to is important to me. However, I believe that the customer service should be just as good as the app and these guys do an incredible job on both. Give it a try and I mean give it a real try. Really give yourself time to learn this app and see what it can do for you. Reach out to the support team and ask questions. Be patient with yourself but recognize how helpful this app can be to your business and helping you increase sales.
