For someone who is constantly on the chat (or what feels like it!) because I am just not into tech at all, every time has been a really great experience. The query or the things I just haven't been able to figure out someone the other end has been super helpful and solved it every time! Really great app to help streamline options for my customers and great customer service when help needed. Highly recommend.
