Nick Von K review for Easify Custom Product Options

Our website was experience a conflict between apps, at first we assumed it was Easify as it was the newest app we installed that was causing the issue. The team at Easify were able to listen to our issue and jump into testing, it turned out it wasn't the Easify app causing the conflict, but the team were able to narrow down the conflicting apps and were able to point us to the right direction or people to contact. Communication was prompt once the ball started rolling. They took our minor issue seriously and were keen to get to the bottom of it. Despite not being the problem, they extended their help if we weren't able to resolve it after contacting the developers of the other apps. That is above and beyond for me. The app has been handy so far, we are yet (and excited) to start incorporating their features under more listings. Shout out to the team Anne, Clove, Charles & Liv for helping us resolve our issue.
