Hi Joe & Oli Store, We're truly sorry to hear about the frustration, and we completely understand how concerning unexpected charges can be. To clarify, all app charges on Shopify are handled directly by Shopify’s billing system. As app developers, we don’t have access to charge or refund merchants directly. If the free trial has ended and the app is then uninstalled or unsubscribed, Shopify may still apply the charge for the full billing cycle. That said, we want to assure you that Easify Product Options offers a special refund policy within 30 days from installation for merchants who no longer wish to use the app. You’re definitely eligible, simply contact us via our 24/7 in-app live chat and we’ll gladly assist you with the refund.
