That’s why we immediately helped you switch to our new version of the Price Add-on, which doesn’t rely on auto-generated products anymore. From what we checked, the new setup is working as expected, and we believe this is currently the most effective solution to prevent further spam orders from bots. Although this issue was outside our control, we still offered you a discount — not because we had to, but because we genuinely care. Your experience matters to us. We also followed up via email, hoping to continue supporting you, but didn’t hear back. About the charge: It was processed because the trial ended while the app remained installed.
