Had an issue with the custom selections not showing up on the order page. I reached out for support and was told they had to look deeper into the issue and would get back to me within 48 hours. Well a few days went by and it honestly slipped my mind but I went back to the email thread and picked up the conversation. After a few moments the issue was resolved (even placed a test order to confirm). They even provided me with documentation on how to get the customizations to print on my packing slips as well. Even with the lag in response initial, they were able to see our conversation history and get everything squared away.
