The service is very bad they deducted $39 for me money where it was no single client came to me this whole thing is just nothing and they are very frustrated and nothing really nothing came through and all this reviews are fake

Kindly note that you are charged for your third party apps by Shopify, which why your charge is added to a Shopify bill, not a separate bill. We do not have any access whatsoever to your billing information or the ability to charge you. If you reached out to us before leaving your review, you’ll learn that we grant charge reversals and approve refunds without issues. Kindly reply to our email sharing a screenshot of your bill so we can proceed with the charge reversal. Regarding the results, kindly note that launching an ad does not automatically mean you’ll get sales, which is why we offer to provide feedback on your products and store before you even launch a funnel. Finally, kindly note that the reviews on the App Store are monitored by Shopify and they are routinely checked, claiming our reviews are fake because you did not follow the correct procedure concerns Shopify in the first place.
