I’m really impressed with AI Easy Ads, not only because the platform is excellent and very easy to use, but also because their customer service is outstanding. The support team is extremely responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to understand my situation and handled everything quickly and professionally. The platform itself is also very well designed and makes creating and managing ads much easier. It’s a great tool for e-commerce businesses, especially if you want to save time and simplify your advertising process. Excellent platform and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
I had an issue with being charged even though I did not run any ads with the app. However, Millenni from the Easy Ads support team was very responsive and helpful throughout the refund process. She handled my request quickly and professionally. I really appreciate her support and assistance.
The Customer Support team is very helpful. I wasn't able to lauch the campaign due to some technical problem but their executive connected with me and helped in resolving the problem. They also gracefully extended my free trial.

Not really a good experience at the start. No free plan is available once the app is installed. Getting straight to the basic plan for free trial. What is the point of showing a free plan if it's not available after installation?
