I would like to sincerely thank the entire Easy Ads support team, especially Ouissal, for the outstanding support and kindness throughout my case. When I first noticed the unexpected USD 39.95 charge, I was honestly very worried and scared. As a student, this was a significant amount of money for me, and it caused a lot of stress for me and my family. At first, I didn't know what to do. I contacted Shopify Support, and they carefully reviewed my case. They explained that the payment had been collected on behalf of the app developer and advised me to contact the Easy Ads support team through the Get Support option. They also documented my situation and assured me that they would follow up if needed. From the moment I contacted Easy Ads, your team treated me with respect and understanding. You patiently reviewed my screenshots, verified my account, and took the time to understand that I had not intentionally continued the subscription and that I had uninstalled the app immediately after discovering the charge. What impressed me the most was your willingness to make a one-time exception and approve a full refund, even though you were not obligated to do so. That level of customer care and empathy is something I truly appreciate. Thank you for listening, understanding my situation, and helping me through the entire process. Your professionalism, fast responses, and kindness turned a very stressful experience into a positive one. I truly appreciate the support from both Shopify Support and the Easy Ads Billing Team. This app is advertised as having a free plan, but after installing it they charged me $39.95 USD twice within two months (June and July) without any clear notice. I did not get any orders/results from running ads through this app, yet I was billed both a subscription fee and an app fee each time. There was no proper warning before the charges were applied. Very disappointed — please refund these charges and make your pricing more transparent.

Easy setup , launch didn't take long, customer support was excellent
Quick and helpful support! I had a billing issue with an unused subscription charge, and the team (Ouissal & Millenni) responded fast, clearly explained the situation, and resolved my refund request without any hassle.
