She spent several hours helping me throughout the entire setup process and was extremely patient, professional, and knowledgeable. I am starting this app with a 4-star rating because the setup process was incredibly easy and the customer service has been excellent. I recently switched from a much more expensive alternative that cost nearly four times as much and was packed with unnecessary bells and whistles. As a startup, I was spending way too much money, so I decided to scale back to the basics and find a comparable, budget-friendly solution. This application fits that need perfectly. It offers plenty of room for a business to grow, allowing you to add specific funnels as you scale—and even if there is an additional cost for those funnels, it is well worth it. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars yet is simply because it is too early in the game to judge performance. I need to see how effectively this AI program actually delivers traffic and pushes my advertisements. Once I start seeing heavy promotion translating into solid sales, I will gladly update my review to 5 stars. For anyone just starting out, I highly recommend utilizing this program and building from there.

Their customer service experience has been smooth and professional. The app made ad management much easier for me, and I appreciate the continuous support. App working or not it's second think. But a person who connect with me as customer executive a name of that person is ( Ouissal. ) who very kind nature, and must help Full to me. The excet scenario is i give them a 1 star and write bad reviews related to bill but after 1 day they properly Focus on my account and they revert the charges what they didct. Previously, we were able to consistently generate orders, but suddenly one day all the ads were taken down. Relisting them didn't work, and after that, the performance became very poor.
I had several problems with the Easy Ads app at the beginning — the ads were not working properly and I experienced a lot of bugs. I contacted support and I was really impressed by the help I received, especially from Ouissal. She was extremely professional, patient, and always available to help. She even scheduled a Google Meet call with me to make sure everything was fixed correctly and that I understood every step. What I appreciated the most is that she kept following up with me afterward to be sure everything was still working perfectly and that I had no more issues.
