EasyAds has truly transformed the way I run ads for my Shopify store. The app is powerful, easy to use, and delivers amazing results — but what really makes the difference is the incredible support team behind it. A special thank you to Ouissal and Melill, who went above and beyond to help me optimise every detail. She was extremely patient, professional, and lightning-fast with her responses. I had an amazing experience with the Easy Ads support team. They responded very quickly and helped me resolve my billing and refund issue without any hassle. The team was polite, patient, and genuinely cared about fixing my problem. Even though my free trial had ended, they still made an exception and provided a full refund, which I really appreciate. This kind of support is rare. Highly recommended! Excellent service, smooth communication, and very reliable support.

I installed this app, but I uninstalled it later. Still, it keeps charging me $19 every month. This is a total fraud. No one should use it — I’ve had a very bad experience.

I am rarely disappointed with an app. But when my average CAC is $5-13 at most and this app after $300 can only get 3 sales? Pathetic. The set-up was a red flag, it's dated and ignores Metas newest tech. With that said, it ate up my budget without issue. I feel entitled to a refund on my budget, and this app should exit the app store.

Easy Ads is designed to make campaign creation simple and beginner-friendly, but we’re continuously working to improve the interface and user experience. Our development team is already implementing updates that align with Meta’s latest best practices and design standards. 2. Meta’s newest technology Easy Ads fully integrates with Meta’s latest conversion APIs and campaign objectives. However, performance can still vary based on the data available in your catalog, your target audience, and product pricing. 3. Campaign performance and ad spend You mentioned that you spent around $300 and got 3 sales. While we understand how disappointing that feels, please note that the campaign only ran for 3 days — which isn’t enough time for Meta to gather sufficient data and optimize performance. Meta’s learning phase usually requires at least 7 days or 50 conversions before stabilizing results. Also, we don’t recommend starting with a very high daily budget when your campaign is still in the learning phase. It’s best to start smaller, allow Meta to learn and optimize, then scale gradually once performance improves. 4. Refund request Regarding your refund concern, Easy Ads doesn’t have access to or control over your ad spend — all charges go directly through Meta Ads. I was told 10 days free but was charged for service. The app is uninstall. Why was I charged? I’m requesting my money to be paid back to Shopify.

My ad campaign only started today and I've already had my first sale - I hope it will be the first of many. Ouissal gave me invaluable support when I was setting the Easy Ads app up and has been very attentive generally, offering great advice on how best to get the most from the campaign.

Great support team, no delays nor neglecting the issue. Problem was fixed on the spot while we were in the google meeting discussing it. Very nice clarifications and instructions. Nothing was unclear! They do help with any questions you ask! Great job team easy!

Shocked how easy this process was. I have spent A WEEK trying to get the facebook instagram app through shopify to work and connect with my page. I still havent managed a single AD. However i came across this. Set it up in literally 5 mins and the ads were sent through. Just waiting for verification for them to be live to the public. I really hope this is going to go as well as I think it will !

I TAKE THEIR 10 DAY TRAIL AND USED FOR JUST 1 DAY AND THEY SEND ME A BILL AFTER MONTH WHEN I ALREADY CANCELL SUBSCRIPTION FROM MY TRAIL PERIOD . one of the scam app , please do not use
