I had an amazing experience with the Easy Ads support team. They responded very quickly and helped me resolve my billing and refund issue without any hassle. The team was polite, patient, and genuinely cared about fixing my problem. Even though my free trial had ended, they still made an exception and provided a full refund, which I really appreciate. This kind of support is rare. Highly recommended! Excellent service, smooth communication, and very reliable support.

I installed this app, but I uninstalled it later. Still, it keeps charging me $19 every month. This is a total fraud. No one should use it — I’ve had a very bad experience.

Customer service is utter crap . still waiting for a refund . ap was not even used for 30min

I am rarely disappointed with an app. But when my average CAC is $5-13 at most and this app after $300 can only get 3 sales? Pathetic. The set-up was a red flag, it's dated and ignores Metas newest tech. With that said, it ate up my budget without issue. I feel entitled to a refund on my budget, and this app should exit the app store.

Easy Ads is designed to make campaign creation simple and beginner-friendly, but we’re continuously working to improve the interface and user experience. Meta’s newest technology Easy Ads fully integrates with Meta’s latest conversion APIs and campaign objectives. However, performance can still vary based on the data available in your catalog, your target audience, and product pricing. 3. Campaign performance and ad spend You mentioned that you spent around $300 and got 3 sales. While we understand how disappointing that feels, please note that the campaign only ran for 3 days — which isn’t enough time for Meta to gather sufficient data and optimize performance. Meta’s learning phase usually requires at least 7 days or 50 conversions before stabilizing results. Also, we don’t recommend starting with a very high daily budget when your campaign is still in the learning phase. It’s best to start smaller, allow Meta to learn and optimize, then scale gradually once performance improves. 4. Shocked how easy this process was. I have spent A WEEK trying to get the facebook instagram app through shopify to work and connect with my page. I still havent managed a single AD. However i came across this. Set it up in literally 5 mins and the ads were sent through. Just waiting for verification for them to be live to the public. I really hope this is going to go as well as I think it will !

I TAKE THEIR 10 DAY TRAIL AND USED FOR JUST 1 DAY AND THEY SEND ME A BILL AFTER MONTH WHEN I ALREADY CANCELL SUBSCRIPTION FROM MY TRAIL PERIOD . one of the scam app , please do not use

Update - I have been using this for about 2 weeks now and yes!! I have made 3 sales and yes I know you all are thinking only 3 I am just starting my own online store and I have tried everything and so far this app has been amazing all I do is let it do its think and pay the ad spend as soon as I can I will be upgrading so I run more then one ad at a time because so far I love it and my ad spend is so much cheaper to then if I do it on my own This is Day 3 and it’s been good I have not made any sales yet but the set up was easy for sure and the price is great too I’m going to keep trying for 6 months because it takes 6 months for marketing to work- I will keep updating my review -- Update since I made the first post today I made my first sale and I have only been using this for 3 days I have used it for a month and mad 3 sales so far

This App has amazing customer service. Specially for me as i am new in the ecommerce field. They have been very helpful even though i am just on the free trial. Ouissal from the team stayed connected with me for hours and helped me step by step.
