App working or not it's second think. But a person who connect with me as customer executive a name of that person is ( Ouissal. ) who very kind nature, and must help Full to me. The excet scenario is i give them a 1 star and write bad reviews related to bill but after 1 day they properly Focus on my account and they revert the charges what they didct. I had several problems with the Easy Ads app at the beginning — the ads were not working properly and I experienced a lot of bugs. I contacted support and I was really impressed by the help I received, especially from Ouissal. She was extremely professional, patient, and always available to help. She even scheduled a Google Meet call with me to make sure everything was fixed correctly and that I understood every step. What I appreciated the most is that she kept following up with me afterward to be sure everything was still working perfectly and that I had no more issues. It took some time to initially setup and get it all to work correctly but the support seemed to always be available to assist and find resolutions to issues. Now we've had it running for perhaps around 9 months or more and are seeing excellent ROAS and still playing with some changes regularly, helped by the support team offering advise and information about some unknown, to me, Do's and Don't on Meta.

I don't have hours to spend in the Meta Ads Manager, and this app makes the setup incredibly fast. The automated funnel actually works—I saw my first retargeting sales within a week. Highly recommend if you’re overwhelmed by the technical side of Facebook ads.
