I had a very poor experience with EasyAds. The app had persistent errors and was not usable at all. Despite this, I was still charged, and even after uninstalling the app, billing issues remained. I tried contacting the developer via live chat, but received no response. Very disappointing support and lack of accountability. I do not recommend this app.

The product and service are terrible. Since registering and during the 10-day trial period, I haven't been able to launch any advertising campaigns. They blame the meta tags, saying they're buggy, even though I can still run ads normally in the Ads Manager. They say they'll fix the bug in a few days or weeks. If that's the case, your business growth will be hampered. I strongly advise against using this app.

I am rarely disappointed with an app. But when my average CAC is $5-13 at most and this app after $300 can only get 3 sales? Pathetic. The set-up was a red flag, it's dated and ignores Metas newest tech. With that said, it ate up my budget without issue. I feel entitled to a refund on my budget, and this app should exit the app store.

While we understand how disappointing that feels, please note that the campaign only ran for 3 days — which isn’t enough time for Meta to gather sufficient data and optimize performance. ★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Misleading – Charged Me Twice During Free Trial This is the second time I've had a terrible experience with the Easy Ads app, and I feel compelled to warn other Shopify store owners. The app promises a 10-day free trial, but that's highly misleading. I uninstalled the app well before the trial ended, thinking I would not be charged. Despite this, I was billed ₹2,590.13 — again, just like the first time I tried this app months ago and faced the same issue. There was no clear warning that billing starts immediately upon installation or continues even after uninstallation during the trial period. That defeats the entire purpose of a “free trial.” This feels like a trap to bill users regardless of their intent to continue using the app. When I reached out for help previously, I got no meaningful support or refund. This time, I am escalating the issue to Shopify directly. Avoid this app at all costs unless you want unexpected charges and zero accountability. Shopify needs to seriously review whether this app complies with fair billing standards.

Don't recommend this app at all. It is a big waste of money. No conversions, just a few and very expensive. We followed all their steps to assure it is just useless. We know about meta ads, we just wanted to enhance our conversions but instead we ended up only losing money. Once Ouissal gave us a support but when we doubt about his suggestions, he didn't seem to be very happy. Their arguments are very poor but as we know how to run ads we are aware of what works and what not. Many innocent and people expect to get miracles here but sometimes AI is not as intelligent as they say. As a recommendation, learn yourselves how to run ads and you are very likely to get better results than the ones from these kind of apps. Don't take the easy path, learn by your own, test on your own. By the way, their data was way too inaccurate, their end provided much more conversions than the real ones. They blamed facebook but that is false. That never happens to us with our direct ads on meta ads.

We installed Easy Ads twice and used it for around 2 months and 1 month separately, but the results were disappointing – ROAS stayed below 0.50. When we run ads directly on Meta, we consistently get a minimum of 2 ROAS. The support team also didn’t provide a clear plan to improve performance

I installed the app, the support is so slow that even after 24 hours there was an error where I was not able to publish my campaign but I got no help or replies from them. now I am getting charged even when I didn't use the app as it didn't work. awaiting my refund. I request the developer to please improve service and refund any amount of clients such as us.

Customer service is good but the app itself is really not good. Even after spending $110 on FB & Ig and $29.95 to Easy Ads, I got only 2 sales worth $97. The app is always in learning phase , even 2 weeks after using it

This phase occurs to all campaigns (regardless of how they were created), when the system needs to gather enough data—specifically, 50 conversion events within a 7-day window. Having a learning phase that lasts more than 7 days is supper common and can happen for several reasons, such as using a new pixel, frequently editing the campaign, or running on a lower budget. Despite the learning phase, your campaign still achieved a positive ROAS, which is a great starting point. With consistent campaign optimization and a bit more patience, results typically improve as the system learns and exits the learning phase.
