I installed this app, but I uninstalled it later. Still, it keeps charging me $19 every month. This is a total fraud. No one should use it — I’ve had a very bad experience.

We do not have any access whatsoever to your payment information or the ability to charge you directly. This is a standard process across the Shopify App Store. Refunds & Support: We can, however, issue a charge reversal or a full refund depending on your case and eligibility.
