At first I gave this app a 4/5, with a mindset to make it 5/5 in a week or two after the campaign learns fully its targeting. Most out of this review was because of a great customer support. But it actually got to a 2/5 now. I was really satisfied with my first campaign with this app. I taught that its targeting was really good, and had a 3x more revenue than cost spend. But after that it all became really bad. The customer support became worst by not offering almost any help, with copy paste texts, and accusing me of changing the settings in my Facebook ads manager (I actually didnt even know how I can even access that ads manager. After they advised me to delete the campaign and start a new one, I did exactly that) The new campaign did okay at the start, but then started getting no revenue again pretty fast. To shorten the story, I got no help from customer support, other than "changing product pictures and ad text, because it is "not showing benefits of the product", I dont know then how it was performing so well in the first place with the similiar text and same pictures. I listened to their advice, and it actually got even worst, resulting with now revenue from the ads, and increasing the cost per click from 0.22 to 0.34... I have a very good product in my opinion and this should be a piece of cake to sell (as it was in the first campaign). Would recommend 3 months ago, but now after 3 months I would recommend you to stay away from this app and try something different, or maybe try to find a freelancer or agency which will personally work with you.
