Terrible experience, mostly because of their AI support. It taken me a week to finally talk to a real person after maybe 10 or more emails / chats. (its just an endless AI loop) Even when i finally got to talk to a person they would still send me ridiculous answers, complete waste of time. The app itself is easy to use but also pretty useless. Only thing it does is create a catalog feed so you can run a catalog ad, but the free meta app does a better job since it will have better automation options and your not stuck to an outdated way of targeting like with this app. (Meta algo works much better then this old way of targeting) First time I ever leave a 1 star review but this company absolutely deserves it. If your looking for a cheap way to run catalog ads, use meta's free app. If your looking for a way to run high quality catalog ads, use Socioh. they are a 100x better.
