We started getting checkout attempts from email domains we'd seen flagged in fraud reports. The checkout fraud blocking by email let me add a wildcard rule that stopped those attempts cold.
Our compliance team asked for documentation of all blocked traffic during a quarterly review. I didn't realise the export feature existed until support pointed it out. Within five minutes i had a full spreadsheet.
Our team is spread across five countries and we needed to make sure support staff could always access the admin without getting caught in geo-blocks. The IP whitelist features handles that perfectly.
