Had VPN-related chargebacks eating into our margins. Asked support about VPN detection and they walked me through the proxy blocking settings I hadn't noticed. Set it up in five minutes, and within two weeks the suspicious orders from VPN addresses stopped completely. The feature was already there — I just needed someone to show me where.
I really love this app. It’s simple to use, works exactly as expected, and gives me much better control over who can access my store.
