Hey, I am sorry to hear that, it's just a misunderstanding, Shopify just made an update which turned off the app in your theme, You will just need to turn it on back, but we understand your confusion. We initiate a refund from April and email you.

Horrible App and customer service is no help at all... Customer service doesn't help. they ignore your messages. Also... this app doesn't work at all. I had blocked a certain country, and yet I still got multiple fraud orders from that country that I blocked. DO NOT RECOMMEND...

Hi, It simply because you didn't enable the theme app extension on the store We tried to reach out many times, no reply ! In 12 minutes after installing an app, you can't have the time to set it and test. Best

Customer service was helpful but the app simply didn't work. I initially contacted to see if my app was properly embedded because I couldn't even block my own IP address. After much back and forth it was discovered my devices are sending an ipv6 address. However I put in both the ipv6 and ipv4 ip addresses to test this app on not only my own ip but another many states away within the same country. I was suggested to upgrade twice within the troubleshooting. But it did not work. I have to leave a low review as I was asked multiple times to leave a review yet my issue was not resolved.

We rely on Shopify for IP data, which may include IPv6, but we don’t have control over the computer or Shopify IP versions. Our advanced version does support IPv6, and we’ve provided a demonstration to illustrate this potential solution. Our solution has been instrumental in protecting hundreds of merchants’ stores daily. blocks everythig guuess it does keep bots out even blocked me from the website . if it blocks all traffic wjhat is the point of having a website
