Don't fall for advertised "Priority Dedicated Support" customer service is terrible, hasn't responded to any of the email sent to them, app does not work as advertised. AVOID this app!!!

This app is useful if you only want to convert to whole numbers. It doesn't meet my needs for rounding to the nearest tenth. For example, this app will convert 1.10 EUR to 2 USD. It cannot round to decimal places, such as 1.50 USD.
Hi Birdie Tam, We do support rounding to the nearest tenth on our Elite and Nuke plans. You can configure your rounding options by visiting the settings page and enabling "Advanced Price Rounding" after you install it. If you need additional support setting this up please feel free to reach out by hitting the help button in the upper right corner of the settings page. We are truly sorry for any trouble you may have experienced if this was unclear and will work to improve our app flow.

very easy to use, and amazing customer service. In my case, had some urgent issue and through chatting i can talk to service agent immediately and issue is solved in 30 mins.

It started great when we were onboarded, however over the last few weeks we have sent several email requests for support, and no one has got back to us. As such we're not moving over to another app. Such a shame!

Disappointed. The app boasts that it can offer custom exchange rates but this isn't true unless you have the shopify plan or above - basic does not work. This is not explained anywhere. Communication with the developer is good, but it was such a waste of time... he had gone through everything, setting up the necessary coding etc, and 30 mins later then said I needed to upgrade my plan. I wanted this app as it said it would allow me to set custom exchange rates and would therefore not need to pay 50 usd extra on a plan. I would not recommend!
We are sorry about your bad experience with our app. And I would like to inform you that Shopify only provides custom exchange rates with higher than the basic plan and we have mentioned that properly. Thanks!

Don't use the free option; the currency selector will appear on your store, but you will lose money because it won't work in checkout. Today, we lost $200 from one order because the app doesn't calculate the price in foreign currency in the checkout page.
